We are committed to ensuring the delivery of your order. If your product is lost or misplaced before delivery, we will take responsibility and offer either a full refund of the amount paid or send a replacement product, as appropriate.

Delivery Care

Recipient unavailable:

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, Royal Mail or the assigned courier may make further delivery attempts, depending on the availability and conditions of the delivery service.

If delivery cannot be completed, the customer may need to collect the parcel from the local delivery office, collection point or courier facility indicated by the delivery provider, within the timeframe provided by them.

If the parcel is not collected within the stated timeframe, it may be returned to the sender. In these cases, reshipping the order may incur additional costs for the customer.

Incorrect or incomplete address:

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address at the time of purchase. Incorrect, incomplete or missing address details may result in the parcel being returned to the sender.

In these cases, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order. A refund may not be issued where delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, except where required by applicable consumer law.

Restricted or hard-to-access delivery areas:

In areas considered difficult to access or subject to delivery restrictions, the order may be redirected to a nearby delivery office, collection point or courier facility so that the customer can collect it in person.

Shipping methods and delivery times

International shipping:

Our products are shipped through international transport. Once the order arrives in the United Kingdom, delivery may be completed by Royal Mail or another available logistics provider.

We offer the following shipping options:

Free shipping: estimated delivery time of 14 to 30 business days.

Express shipping: a faster option than free shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 25 business days.

Delays and refunds

If the estimated delivery time is exceeded, our team will check the status of the order with the logistics provider.

If there is no update or movement on the parcel within an additional 10 business days, the customer may request either a replacement shipment or a full refund of the amount paid.

This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Tracking code

Availability:

As this is an international order, the tracking code may be generated a few days after the order has been processed. The estimated timeframe for the tracking code to become available is up to 7 business days.

Once available, the customer will be able to track the status of the order through our website or through the platform of the relevant logistics provider.
