How can I track my order?

You can track your order directly on our website, from dispatch to delivery. The first stage of shipping is handled by an international carrier and can be followed through our website. Once the parcel arrives in the United Kingdom and is handed over to Royal Mail or another local courier, tracking may also be available through the relevant delivery provider’s platform.

I recently placed an order. Can I change anything?

Please contact us as soon as possible at contact.zappyuk@gmail.com, including your order number. We will check whether it is still possible to make changes before the order is processed or dispatched.

I bought from another website. Is it reliable?

Some websites may illegally use our content to sell counterfeit or unauthorised products. Please remember that original Zappy products are sold only through our official website. If you believe you were misled by another website, we recommend contacting that store directly, requesting a refund, or contacting your bank or card provider.

Can I cancel my purchase?

We work to prepare your order as quickly as possible, often shortly after purchase. For this reason, we cannot always guarantee immediate cancellation before dispatch.

However, for most online purchases in the UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the day you receive the goods, without giving any reason. What is the delivery timeframe?

I still haven’t received my tracking code. What should I do?

You should receive your tracking code within up to 72 hours after your order has been processed. If you have not received it, please follow the steps below:

Check your spam or junk folder.

Make sure the email address provided at checkout is correct.

If you still cannot find the tracking code, please email us at contact.zappyuk@gmail.com, including your full name and the correct email address, so we can resend it.

Will I have to pay any additional delivery charges?

No. Our deliveries do not require any additional delivery charges from Royal Mail or the assigned courier. If you receive any unexpected charge request or have any doubts, please contact us by email before making any payment.
